Return Policy
 
Return/Exchange Instructions:
We offer a 30-day Defect Free Guarantee if you receive a defective item we will exchange it for 30 full days from the date of delivery.
Defective merchandise will be replaced with another like product upon return of the defective product being received at our warehouse.
 
1. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to returning any item.
Obtain an RMA by emailing CSR@SevenDeals.com
 
2. Once you have received an RMA#, you may send the product to us at your expense. Our warehouse will not accept a collect or C.O.D. return. We will ship you a replacement at our expense applicable within the continental USA only, sales outside of the continential USA are non-returnable. The issuing of an RMA DOES NOT guarantee exchange. We reserve the right to inspect the product and determine cause. If it is not a manufacturers defect, then we will not issue a credit.
 
3. H.E Long Company reserves the right to refuse any return that does not have an RMA # on the box. If we do accept a retrun with NO RMA there will be a additional $5.00 processing fee.
 
4. All returns must be shipped to H.E Long Company PO Box 197 3910 Anderson Road Morrow, Ohio 45152
 
5. H. E Long Company does not guarantee your customer's satifaction, nor will we exchange or credit for these type of returns. It is the responsibility of the merchant to assume this type of liability. Many products may have Manufacturer's Warranties. Please review the product description details for more information. If a manufacturer's warranty applies, then please follow the instruction provided with the warranty and deliver direct to the manufactuer. H. E Long Company DOES NOT accept manufactuer warranties directly.
