Return Policy
 
Return/Exchange Instructions:
We offer a 30-day Defect Free Guarantee if you receive a defective item we will exchange it for 30 full days from the date of delivery. Some items that are returned for credit would have a restocking charge. No returns accepted after 30 Days.
 
1. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number prior to returning any item.  To obtain an RMA, see contact information on www.sevendeals.com or click here 

2. Once you have received an RMA#, you may send the product to us at your expense. Our warehouse will not accept a collect or C.O.D. return. All returned items must be in their original packaging along with all accessories, parts, and instructions manuals that were shipped with your original order. If we are shipping you a replacement, it will be at vendor's expense, applicable within the continental USA only. Sales outside of the continental USA are non-returnable. The issuing of an RMA DOES NOT guarantee exchange. We reserve the right to inspect the product and determine cause. Defective merchandise will be replaced with another like product upon return of the defective product being received at our warehouse. If no replacement is requested, and found defective, we will issue a refund on merchandise only.
 
3. H.E Long Company reserves the right to refuse any return that does not have an RMA # on the box. If we do accept a return with NO RMA there will be an additional $5.00 processing fee. 
 
4. Send all returns via a GROUND method that can be tracked (UPS ground / USPS Priority mail) to:

5. H. E Long Company does not guarantee your customer's satisfaction, nor will we exchange or credit for these type of returns. It is not the responsibility of the merchant to assume this type of liability. Many products may have Manufacturer's Warranties. Please review the product description details for more information. If a manufacturer's warranty applies, then please follow the instruction provided with the warranty and deliver direct to the manufacturer. H. E Long Company DOES NOT accept manufacturer warranties directly.
 
If you do not have your invoice number, or are having other difficulties, please contact customer service CSR@SevenDeals.com. Please be sure to provide all pertinent information you may have such as name, address, phone number, details of the defective item and the reason you are requesting the RMA.
 
We will gladly accept any return within 30 days, provided the item is in new or like-new condition. We will only issue a refund or send a replacement as needed once the item has been received in our warehouse.
 
Exceptions to our return policy:
Consumable items (such as hair removal creams, tanning lotions, lipstick, or any other product that can be diminished or used up) are not returnable once they have been opened. However, we will accept a return for any unused and unopened consumable item.
All items must be returned in their original packaging along with all accessories, parts, and instructions manuals that were shipped with your original order.
We need to have the return package postmarked within 30 days of the date that your item was delivered (regardless of what date the product was first used).

Note: If we receive your item back in our warehouse and it does not meet our return policy terms, then we will not issue you a refund or send you a replacement. Such a return also will not be sent back to you.
